Endel Liias

Founder & Managing Principal

Endel Liias is the founder and managing principal of Nexus Impact Advisors. With more than fifteen years of professional experience in the fields of values-aligned investing and impact investing, Endel believes that for-profit business is one of the most powerful vehicles for wealth creation, human flourishing, and cultural renewal.

While leading Nexus Impact Advisors, Endel has provided consulting and advisory services to a range of foundations, family offices, angel investing networks, and nonprofits, including Ambassadors Impact Network, Pinetops Foundation, Phillips Foundation, Pilgrim Foundation, the Carpenter’s Fund, and HOPE International.

Prior to founding Nexus Impact Advisors, Endel served as the director of communications at America Abroad Media, senior officer at the John Templeton Foundation, and account manager at Geneva Global.

Having traveled to more than 55 countries, Endel has broad experience in the areas of impact investing, social entrepreneurship, and international development. While living and working as a missionary in Cochabamba, Bolivia, he founded Niños con Valor, an organization working to improve the lives of at-risk Bolivian children.

Endel attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He is fluent in Spanish and resides in Arlington, Virginia, where he and his wife, Kate, are active members of Restoration Anglican Church.
