Endel Liias
Founder & Managing Principal
Endel Liias is the founder and managing principal of Nexus Impact Advisors, an investment advisory firm that helps individuals and institutions align their portfolios with their values. With nearly two decades of experience in values-based and impact investing, he believes for-profit business can be a powerful force for human flourishing and cultural renewal.
Through Nexus, Endel has advised a range of foundations, family offices, nonprofits, and angel networks—including Ambassadors Impact Network, Pinetops Foundation, Phillips Foundation, Pilgrim Foundation, and HOPE International. Previously, he held roles at America Abroad Media, the John Templeton Foundation, and Geneva Global.
A fluent Spanish speaker and seasoned traveler to over 60 countries, Endel’s background spans impact investing, social entrepreneurship, and international development. He began his career in Bolivia, where he founded Niños con Valor, serving vulnerable children in Cochabamba.
He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife, Kate, and their son, Desh. They are active members of Restoration Anglican Church.
